Welcome to Energetics With Alyssa. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and all services provided by Energetics With Alyssa, LLC. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Energetics With Alyssa provides complementary wellness services, which may include:

• Remote Energy Work

• Healing Hands Therapy

• Sound Therapy

• Private Sound Baths

• Group Sound Baths

• Animal Communication

• Chakra Balancing

• Aura & Energy Clearing

• Intuitive Guidance

• Other energy-based wellness services

These services are intended to support relaxation, emotional well-being, stress reduction, and personal growth. They are not substitutes for licensed medical, mental health, or veterinary care.

Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By scheduling a session, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Booking & Payment

Appointments may be booked through the website or by contacting Energetics With Alyssa directly.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or repeated late cancellations may be charged the full session fee.

Energetics With Alyssa reserves the right to waive fees due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at its sole discretion.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other clients. Full session fees may still apply.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic nature of the services provided:

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Missed appointments are generally non-refundable.

• If Energetics With Alyssa must cancel a session, clients may choose either a full refund or to reschedule.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate health information relevant to their participation.

• Inform the practitioner of pregnancy, implanted medical devices, recent injuries, seizures, or other significant medical concerns.

• Seek advice from appropriate licensed professionals regarding medical, mental health, or veterinary conditions.

• Participate voluntarily and communicate any discomfort during an in-person session.

Clients remain responsible for all decisions made before, during, and after their sessions.

Sound Therapy Participation

Sound therapy is intended to promote relaxation and may involve crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, rain instruments, or other sound-producing instruments.

Participation is voluntary.

If you become uncomfortable at any time, you are encouraged to adjust your position, reduce your exposure to the sound, or discontinue participation.

Certain individuals—including those with seizure disorders, severe sound sensitivity, recent brain injuries, high-risk pregnancies, or implanted medical devices—should consult their healthcare provider before participating.

Remote Sessions

Remote sessions are conducted through intention-based energy work and do not require the client or animal to be physically present.

Clients understand that experiences vary and that no guarantees of outcomes are made.

Animal Services

The client confirms that they are the owner or have permission from the owner before requesting services for an animal.

Animal communication and energy work are complementary wellness practices and are not substitutes for veterinary care.

Any health concerns regarding an animal should be evaluated by a licensed veterinarian.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is important.

Information shared during sessions will be kept confidential except:

• When disclosure is required by law.

• When necessary to protect the safety of yourself or others.

• When you provide written authorization to share information.

Energetics With Alyssa will never sell your personal information.

Electronic Communication

By contacting Energetics With Alyssa electronically, you consent to receive responses via email, text message, or other agreed-upon communication methods.

While reasonable precautions are taken, electronic communications cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, downloadable resources, educational materials, and original content—is the property of Energetics With Alyssa, LLC unless otherwise noted.
